In a team or group working environment, my fortitude is in the mode of communication, I am able to convey and communicate effectively with other members of the team/group, and I have the tenacity to bring them all under the same portray to work as a team/ group to reach the objectives. It is crucial to collaborate and have a diversified team/group with a speciality in various segments to overcome the issues; it will also bring a diverse range of perspectives to the team and help generate quality content. I can also connect with other team members to transact ideas and thoughts. The collaboration with other diverse team members has helped me formulate new methods to present the data and make it more versatile with it (Cluver et al.  2020). Working in a team with various perspectives and opinions always a constant chance of a conflict of interest with the other one, but using an open communication base to operate, I completed the presentation with the help of such an approach, resulting in the following outcome.

Areas of further development 

 

While preparing the presentation, I collaborated with the teams by making an affirmative outlook towards each team member and asking for their coordination, cooperation, and effort in completing the presentation. It is crucial to lead them towards perfection, it came with its own set of challenges in the process, and it was dealt with, and I was able to overcome the situation by guiding them and resolving the issues. I invited various ideas regarding opinions on things and promoted an open-to-communicate team habit for everyone to speak in the group (Terman, Feiock, and Youm, 2020). With such techniques in the team, I was able to generate a productive team leading to creative ideas and innovative thoughts to be included in the presentation. It granted ample opportunity to the teams and helped in their self-development, and also it helped me to grow in certain areas in which I would not have grown otherwise. With such a measure in such a short period, I could only achieve it due to my team. All the fruition of the open-communication technique helped in the team’s growth and availing to produce such an outcome in such a period.
